Return & refund Policy
- Return/replacement requests can be raised within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- You can e-mail us at: email@example.com or use the chat option to raise the request.
- 2 working days will be required to review the return/replacement request.
- Full refund/replacement will be given under following conditions:
- Damaged product
- Incomplete order
- Wrong or expired product
- After reviewing your request, our courier partner will pick up the products from you.
If our courier partner is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the products. The shipping amount will be reimbursed to you.
- After we receive your product, the product will be verified against the customerâ€™s claim and replacement/refund will be done accordingly.
- Full refund/replacement will not be given under following conditions:
- Original packaging is missing
- Return/replacement request raised after 4 days of delivery date
- Used/Open/Damaged products
- It is without invoice
